TESTING SERVICES
Bureau Veritas Laboratories provides analytical testing of compressed and ambient breathing air supplies, for various industries and applications.
COMPRESSED BREATHING GAS
Compressed breathing air supplies used for air respirators, self-contained suits, self-contained breathing apparatus’ (SCBA), ambient air systems and other applications where compressed breathing air purity is of concern. Compliance sampling typically required every 6 months under standard CSA Z180.1.
DIVING OPERATIONS
For users of SCUBA diving systems, surface supply or deep diving systems, one-atmosphere diving systems and occupational diving operations for all types of work and employment. A sample of compressed breathing air produced and delivered by a compressed breathing air system for divers should be collected and analyzed every 6 months per CSA Z275.2
MEDICAL GASES
Any facilities providing health care services, in both public and private sectors, that are using pipelines for medical gases, medical vacuums, medical support gases and anesthetic gas scavenging systems, require routine and accurate testing and monitoring. Packages available to various standards versions as outlined by CSA Z7396.1.

HYPERBARIC CHAMBERS
Testing available for hyperbaric chamber gas supplies, where the primary function is for the treatment of pressure exposures related to diving operations, work under compressed-air conditions, medical treatment and research.
MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTION
Custom analysis suites available for any facilities using compressed air during the manufacturing process of food and beverage products, pharmaceuticals and various other products. Regular assessments of compressed air systems can prevent potential costly production down time for facilities using compressed in their manufacturing processes and cleaning.
